Great little heater, but a little noisy on ocellate.
The heater works very well for a 18’x25′ bedroom size room. The thermostat is a nice feature and is fairly accurate. The fan is not too noisy, however when using the ocellate feature there is a noticeable clicking sound at the beginning and end of each rotation. The only real concern I have is, the plug gets warm after a 1/2 hour or so of use. Safety is a key concern with these portable heaters and I am not sure this one is drawing too many amps but I don’t think the plug should be that warm (I have two other brands that do not get warm). I can’t fully trust it, that’s why only 4 stars.

I typically like colder temps, but my office is literally a cave. My fingers turn blue it gets so cold in there. This little heater heats it amazingly and very quickly. My office is probably about 10’ x 18’ and this little heater has it warm in no time. Would definitely recommend.

Incredibly fast and efficient
I’ve been using a standard oil filled electric heater for a 170 sq ft room for the last 20 years until now. I purchased this used heater from Amazon at a reduced price and wasn’t expecting much but boy was I surprised. This heater warms my room in a fraction of the time it took my old heater. It has 3 heat settings and rotates, should you prefer that option. The only con for me is that it is not silent but not loud enough to disturb my sleep. For the price its one of the best purchases I’ve made in over 21 years from Amazon.

I really like this version. The safety plug caught my eye and was the main reason I purchased it as this is my second Dreo. I like that the countdown timer to shutoff is 15 seconds verses the 30 seconds with my smaller Dreo. And being able to shut it off at the wall via the switch makes it so it doesn’t pull electricity when not in use; I don’t have to pull the plug from the wall. This one has a remote and a timer function; I do not use either at this time. And…the aesthetic of the round model with the carrying handle built into the machine are a major kudo point. Thanks, Dreo, for making such a nice space heater. Did I mention that it is quiet to boot?

Easy to operate and well made! Definitely not for any room larger than a bathroom or possibly small bedroom. Had to return as I needed a stronger and more powerful unit. Very quiet which would be good for child’s room.

I debated between this type of unit and the heated oil radiator type. I ended up getting both. The heated coil type (like this) provides heat on your exterior, like your outerwear gets hot.While the oil radiator makes you personally warm on the inside, but it is a bit slower to heat an area.The oil type of heat is a real nice heat…

Super Warm
I rarely review but I have ordered a few of these heaters for different areas and they are fabulous!! We have two large bathrooms, one with a vaulted ceiling, and these heaters work great!! They heat up the space so quickly and I can adjust the temperature easily when it starts to get too warm. They also don’t take up very much space since it’s a tower heater. Definitely recommend to anyone who needs to stay warm in these super cold temps!

I have tried some other heaters that smelled really bad when they were working (the I got from a popular “big box” discount store. Those work OK, but smelled so bad I had to return them.This doesn’t really. have smell, heats a large bed room nicely and the oscillating function makes sure that most of the room is covered. The remote allows one to turn it on and warm the room before getting out from under the warmth of the blankets and the timer and temperature controls keep it from running all night long. It is small enough to move room to room if needed, but powerful enough to heat a large room with vaulted ceilings. It is not particularly noisy but is noticeable.

This unit was a life saver! Student housing had a problem with heat.Actually there was NO HEAT in student housing entire fall semester 2023.Lewisburg, PA get’s VERY COLD in NOVEMBER and stays cold through MARCH.

Great for small-medium rooms
We have 2 of these heaters and love them! The first we’ve had for a year and the second, 4 months. Neither have shown signs of wear or issues when using them daily in colder months. One is in a bedroom and heats the room quickly, and the second is in a living room and keeps the temperature comfortable. I like the rotation aspect, as well as the timer function to warm the room up before sleep. Additionally, the heater will turn off if it tips over as a safety function. This heater looks very chic and is really quiet. We use it while talking, watching television, and sleeping and it has never once bothered us. A great price for a quality heater!

I wanted to heat my home office to comfortable temp without heating my entire house, this was perfect and nice contemporary design. The oscillating quiet fan moves heat around room nicely avoiding concentration of heat in just one area. I also love a many adjustable features, heat or fan, digital temp control, timer. Once it reached my temp, it stopped heating but continued fan. It also includes a remote but has all the settings on the unit also.I have it in my small home office and it works like a charm, highly recommend.

Love these heaters
